Check-in: 14:00 hrs.

Check-out: 12:00hrs.

Should you require a late check-out, please contact your guest service coordinators in the

lobby who will make every effort to accommodate your request subject to availability. Late check-out charges will apply as per the request

ID REQUIREMENT & AGE POLICY

All guests are required to produce a valid government approved ID (passport, driving license, voter ID) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must produce a valid passport & visa.
All guest  undertakes to present the documents as mentioned above or any additional documents which may be needed, at the time of check in to enable the Resort permit the stay.

PAYMENT POLICY

50 % advance to be made at the time of reservations, balance at the time of check in plus an amount to cover incidentals. All payments will be made in INR

SMOKING POLICY

We are a non-smoking retreat. However, should you wish to smoke you can speak to the front desk to know about the designated smoking areas.

PET POLICY

THE KESARI BAGH is not a pet friendly retreat.

FARM RULES

1) Avoid loud music after 12.00 pm as there are families staying around.

2) Check in time is 2.00pm and checkout time is 12noon. Please settle all charges towards Farm Booking atleast 1 week in advance of your visit & Meals Charges at the time of checking-in. 

3) Please provide valid id of yourself and your group/spouse, by mail at :  thekesaribagh@gmail.com

4) Please keep property clean and take care of artefacts. 

5) Entry into pool is allowed in proper attire, home clothes and shoes not permitted. Take shower before entering pool . 

6) No diving is allowed, guests use the pool at entirely their own risk. We the Hosts completely absolve themselves of any mishap or eventuality by guests while swimming. Depth of the pool is standard 3.5 feet to 5.5 feet, length is 30 feet and width is 15 feet. 

7) Badminton, Table Tennis, Single Pole Basket Ball & indoor games are available.  Ball games like cricket, football, hockey etc. are not permitted. 

8) Smoking is allowed in outdoors areas only. 

9) Refundable Security-Rs 5,000/- which will be paid back on the day of checking-out in full or after adjustment of damage charges if any. 

10) All activities must be in moderation. Illegal / immoral activities will be reported to local authorities. 

11) All guests are deemed to have read, agreed & accepted to abide with the terms & conditions laid out here prior to booking the Farm for their stay.
